At JDF HOME DECOR, your satisfaction is our priority. We are significantly focusing on the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. But in the event you received a faulty item, please follow the instructions below.

Damages need to report within 72 hours upon receipt. The item will be inspected by JDF HOME DECOR customer service team.

Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 72 hours upon receipt date for a replacement of similar/same items. Report after 72 hours will not be processed, and item(s) will return to the customers.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UNIRONED with all the tags and the original packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility until they have reached our warehouse, please ensure to pack your returned items correctly to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags. JDF HOME DECOR is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.

All gift items must be returned together with the returned products; otherwise, the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.

JDF HOME DECOR will not be responsible for missing parcel/lateness due to third party delivery partner. However, we will help you in the process to track and enquire on your parcel.

JDF HOME DECOR recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.

 

SECTION 2 –  APPLY FOR A RETURN

(This term does not apply to discounted or promoted items)

Please contact us at sales@homejdf.com. Returned items without informing our customer service will not be accepted.

  1. Provide your order number.
  2. Customer may be required to provide an inspection report or a clear photo or video of the item to support your claim.
  3. Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within three days after receiving.
  4. If your return request is accepted, an instruction on return instructions will send to you.
  5. NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY.
  6. Customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available only at the same value or higher with additional charges

 

SECTION 3 - MADE TO ORDER ITEM

The production to shipping usually takes between 7-12 business days (holidays and weekends not included).

As those items will put into production as soon as they are confirmed, these items are not able to be cancelled or changed as they are already in production, and we will ship as soon as they are available.

 

SECTION 4 –  NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGABLE

All on sale, customized,  personalized and promotional items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Items that cannot be returned intact will not accept, i.e. it is not in its original condition with all accompanying accessories (if any).

Items that have quality issues include but not limited to the result of unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, water damage, modifications, or improper installation, or items with the label, device serial number, or security label torn or altered.

Items not purchased from JDF HOME DECOR.

If a replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be processed. The refund process will take place within 30 days.

No refund on things wrong/faulty/items damaged during shipping, items with missing parts or not as described on the website, will do an exchange only.

No refund nor exchange unless the item is damaged. Any request arises due to personal dislike, change of mind, or any other reasons other than damaged will not be accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be accepted.

 

SECTION 5 –  COLOR DISCLAIMER

Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different display capability, and everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the actual colour of the product.

Items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you have any doubt about our products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

SECTION 6 –  SIZE DISCLAIMER

All measurement in cm and please note 1cm=0.39inch, please allow 2-3cm differs due to manual measurement. Items within 2-3cm differ measurement are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you have any doubt about our products, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

SECTION 7 –  REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience a pleasant one. We do monitor the number of returns made by our customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially lead to the suspension of your www.homejdf.com account.

 

SECTION 8 - OTHERS

Please keep in mind that sale item may have a slightly defect less than 5% but un-noticeable when using ( for example unperfect stitching ).

Since our item is all custom prints, there are maybe 1%-5% imperfect on the printing side not noticeable.
