SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS

SECTION 1 – IN STOCK ITEM

The item is on hand and all orders are shipped from our warehouses.

So our handling time takes 2-4 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period.

 

SECTION 2 – PRE-ORDER / MADE TO ORDER ITEM

The production to shipping time frame is usually between 7-12 business days, excluding Holidays and weekends.

As those items will put into production as soon as they are confirmed, these items are not able to be cancelled or changed as they are already in production, and we will ship as soon as they are available.

Discounts and refunds are not available if these items are not shipped within the 7-12 business day timeframe. Refunds are only available if the design is discontinued and is no longer available.

 

SECTION 3 – EXCLUSIVE CUSTOM ITEM

Our exclusive custom item such as JMAT / Yoga mat, the production to shipping time frame is usually between 30-45 business days.

SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We appreciate the business from our international customers.  Please be aware that the items in your order must not be prohibited by embargo or international restrictions.  We are not responsible for orders confiscated by the legal authorities of your country or state, and we suggest you check with your local customs office regarding import laws before you place your order.

Please note that, in addition to the shipping charge, customers shipping to locations outside Hong Kong are responsible for paying all costs associated with importing the order, including all taxes, fees and duties

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for international orders, including orders for which you are unable or unwilling to pay the additional duties and taxes which your government requires.

 

SECTION 8 – CHANGE DELIVERY 

Please confirm your shipping address before you purchase order—login to MY ACCOUNT to change and update your data and shipping address.

Changes in the shipping address will not be accepted after the order is confirmed.

Please note that if JDF HOME DECOR products are returned because of undeliverable address, you will be responsible for return shipping charges and a re-stocking and administration fee of 10% of the total price. Any balance will be refunded back to the customer’s credit card.

 

SECTION 9 – DELIVERY ISSUE

No refund of delivery fee if no one is receiving delivery on the appointed date.

The additional delivery fee would be charged for any exchange of goods. (except due to manufacturing defects)

Should we be unable to deliver the sold goods, the delivery charge could not be refunded.

We don’t do refunds if your parcel is not delivered or missing. The shipping company will be held responsible for handling the shipping. We can provide true details that we have sent the parcel out. However, we can claim you to the Shipping company. The process of refund will take about three months. Only part of the total you paid will be returned to you by Shipping company.

 

SECTION 10 – SPECIAL REMINDER

Pre-sale and some special editions products may not apply to the above delivery lead time, the customer service team will inform you accordingly.

During peak periods, due to the high volume of orders, it may affect the delivery time. Please understand that if you have not received the goods a long time after receiving the shipping confirmation, please wait patiently or contact the courier company.

We will try our best to deliver the goods within the above-estimated delivery lead time. If we fail to deliver within the estimated timeframe, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund of the payment. Other than that, we will not make any compensation to you.

In case of special circumstances (such as warehouse stock take, holidays), weather, workforce and other factors leading to delayed delivery or extended delivery time, customer service will notify the customer in advance.

After the buyer has left the message, the customer service will manually review the message. Therefore, if your order has a message, it will affect the standard delivery and delivery time limit.

If the shipping address or information you leave is incorrect or not completed, it will directly lead to the failure to deliver or delay the delivery time. No refunds and cancellation will be accepted.
