得閑飲茶
簡介
「得閑飲茶」是香港百姓的口頭禪。基本上，百姓見面互相打招呼後，就會說一句「得閑飲茶」。茶樓是一種香港獨特的飲食文化，不僅味美，價格也十分親民，是香港男女老少都喜愛的場所。在70、80年代，「一盅兩件」意思是「一壺茶配二件點心」，「得閑飲茶」大家會與幾位親朋好友相約於茶樓，在茶樓裡品嚐美食、喝茶、聊天說地，共度無數美好的時光！
茶樓裡的茶客
玩具貴賓狗小姐是茶樓裡的常客，最喜歡說話，她是這群朋友中最受注視的人物，她的個性高貴、驕傲、活潑、忠誠的人，很受大家的喜愛。
藍貓小姐和玩具貴賓狗小姐是多年的好友，兩人的性格截然不同。藍貓小姐是性格文靜，熱情、有愛心、可靠、擅長廚藝，她是大家心目中最可靠的人。
柴犬先生是一個口才了得、個性獨立自主、固執、性格外向、貪玩的人。玩具貴賓狗小姐深深地被柴犬先生的口才吸引，有他們出現的地方，一定不會有冷場時刻。
田園貓先生則是一位瀟灑自由的男子，他的理性和經歷豐富使他成為大家心目中最見識廣闊的人。但他對很多事情都看得很輕、很淡。他平常就喜歡宅在家裡看書，而他的女朋友藍貓小姐就在享受地下廚。這樣平平淡淡的生活就是他們覺得舒服、最享受的關係。
拉布拉多小姐和玩具貴賓狗小姐、藍貓小姐是最好的朋友。拉布拉多小姐是眾人中的大姐姐，最懂細心照顧人，有耐性、細心聆聽別人傾訴，溫柔體貼、善解人意。
刺蝟先生是一個非常有趣和神秘的顧客，他經常光顧這家茶樓，一個人坐在一旁享受「一盅兩件」，一邊看報紙。慢慢地，他就和茶樓的職員白兔太太成為了朋友。白兔太太是一位純真善良的女性，她的簡單思想和溫和性格。她是一個非常勤奮和可愛的人，她總是用最好的態度和笑容來服務客人，深受大家的喜愛和讚揚。
茶樓裡的點心
玩具貴賓狗小姐、柴犬先生最喜歡食鵪鶉蛋燒賣，這是經典點心，製作工序複雜，功夫非常多，入口蛋白與肉味融合在一起，香溢四起。
雨傘啫喱是藍貓小姐、田園貓先生到茶樓必食的點心。啫喱入口軟糯、柔滑，香甜美味。
拉布拉多小姐對於「即叫即蒸」的臘腸包特別鍾情，入口肉味香濃柔韌，份外甘香醇厚，飽腹感十足。
刺蝟先生最愛食叉燒包，每次白兔太太推出點心車，見到熱騰騰的叉燒包就忍不了口，刺蝟先生一口咬了叉燒包，吃得津津有味。
茶樓裡的故事
在茶樓裡，桌面擺滿了各式茶點，大家一邊享受美食、一邊閒話家常，玩具貴賓狗小姐正在苦惱轉換工作的事，玩具貴賓狗小姐在一間公司工作好幾年，每天上班下班，開始感覺很沈悶，希望想跳出舒適圈，想轉行去做時裝設計師，希望聽聽大家的意見。
田園貓先生率先開口道：「我認為，你需要去學習相關的技能和知識。可以報讀時裝設計課程。」
男友柴犬先生點頭附和道：「對啊，學習是很重要的。但你也需要瞭解時裝設計師的工作性質，工作並不像你想象中的那樣光鮮亮麗。」
拉布拉多小姐則給了一些建議：「當你有能力時就可以多去參加時裝展覽，瞭解行業動態，認識更多的人脈。同時，你也可以考慮參加一些設計比賽，提升自己的能力和知名度。」
坐在隔壁，正在看報紙的刺蝟先生，望向玩具貴賓狗小姐，大聲說道：「我知道你很渴望轉換工作，但也要記得珍惜現在的工作。別忘了，每個工作都有它的好處和壞處。」
推著點車經過的白兔太太，突然探頭向玩具貴賓狗小姐，輕聲道：「我認為你要相信自己，不要害怕嘗試新事物。當你遇到挫折時，也不要灰心喪氣，堅持下去，你會成功的。」
玩具貴賓狗小姐感到很受鼓舞，下定決心不斷地努力和學習，要成為了一名優秀的時裝設計師。就算遇到了不同挑戰和困難，也不放棄，堅持不懈地追求自己的夢想。
Let’s Yum Cha
Introduction
"Let’s Yum Cha" is a common saying among Hong Kong people. Essentially, after greeting each other, people will often say " Let’s Yum Cha ". Tea houses are a unique food and drink culture in Hong Kong, where the dim sum is not only delicious but also reasonably priced, making it a popular destination for people of all ages. In the 70s and 80s, "one pot of tea and two dim sum" meant "one pot of tea with two dim sum", and people would often make plans with a few close friends to go to a tea house, where they could enjoy delicious dim sum, drink tea, chat and spend countless wonderful hours together!
Tea House Customers
Miss Toy Poodle is a frequent guest at the tea house and the most talkative among this group of friends. She is the center of attention and loved by all for her noble, proud, lively, and loyal personality.
Miss Blue Cat and Miss Toy Poodle have been good friends for many years, but their personalities are quite different. Miss Blue Cat is quiet, passionate, caring, reliable, and skilled in cooking, making her the most reliable person in everyone's mind.
Mr. Shiba Inu is a talented speaker, independent, stubborn, outgoing, and playful. Miss Toy Poodle is deeply attracted to his eloquence, and wherever they appear, there will never be a dull moment.
Mr. Country Cat is a free-spirited man with rich experience and rationality, making him the most knowledgeable person in everyone's mind. But he takes things lightly and casually. He usually likes to stay at home and read while his girlfriend, Miss Blue Cat, enjoys cooking at the kitchen. This simple and peaceful life is their most comfortable and enjoyable relationship.
Miss Labrador, Miss Toy Poodle, and Miss Blue Cat are the best of friends. Miss Labrador is the eldest sister among them and the most attentive and patient caregiver. She is gentle, considerate, and understanding, always willing to listen to others' stories.
Mr. Hedgehog is a very interesting and mysterious customer who often visits the tea house alone, enjoying "one pot of tea and two dim sum" while reading the newspaper. Gradually, he became friends with Mrs. White Rabbit, the tea house staff. Mrs. White Rabbit is a pure and kind woman with a simple mind and a gentle personality. She is a very diligent and lovely person, always serving customers with the best attitude and smile, deeply loved and praised by everyone.
Tea House Dim Sum
Miss Toy Poodle and Mr. Shiba Inu love to eat quail egg siu mai, which is a classic dim sum that requires complex preparation and great skill. The combination of egg white and meat creates a delicious and fragrant taste.
Miss Blue Cat and Mr. Country Cat always order umbrella-shaped jelly when they visit the tea house. The jelly is soft, smooth, sweet, and delicious.
Miss Labrador Retriever has a special liking for steamed sausage buns that are made-to-order. The buns are savory, juicy, and satisfying.
Mr. Hedgehog's favorite dim sum is steamed buns with BBQ pork. Whenever Mrs. White Rabbit brings out the dim sum cart, he can't resist the hot and steaming BBQ pork buns and savors every bite.
Story of the Tea House
In the tea house, tables were filled with various types of dim sum, and everyone enjoyed the food and chatted casually. Miss Toy Poodle was troubled with switching her job. She had been working at a company for several years, but started to feel bored with her routine and wanted to step out of her comfort zone. She want to change careers to be a fashion designer and hoped to hear everyone's opinions.
Mr. Country Cat Mister spoke first, "I think you need to learn related skills and knowledge. You could enroll in a fashion design course."
Her boyfriend Shiba Inu nodded in agreement, "Yes, learning is crucial. But you also need to understand the job nature of a fashion designer. It's not as glamorous as you imagine."
Miss Labrador gave some suggestions, "When you have the ability, you can attend more fashion exhibitions to understand the industry trends and meet more people. At the same time, you can also consider participating in design competitions to enhance your skills and reputation."
Sitting next door, Mr. Hedgehog Mister, who was reading the newspaper, looked at Miss Toy Poodle and spoke loudly, "I know you're eager to switch jobs, but don't forget to cherish your current job. Remember, every job has its advantages and disadvantages."
